Terms of payment
A down-payment of 30% of the total price is due on booking and can be paid by bank transfer onto our account. The amount is payable onto our account within 12 days.

In the event of a cancellation of your booking, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply.
Cancellation up to one month before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
Cancellation of a stay up to one week before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
Cancellation of a stay within less than one week before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
